The Sea-Ders :: Thanks A Lot

The Sea-Ders are a 1960’s four-piece from Beirut, Lebanon who ventured to London in the latter part of the decade, “[adding] a distinct Western rock’n’roll feel to their own cultural richness” to create some fabulous songs. One of these, “Thanks A Lot,” was recently featured over on Aquarium Drunkard, who I’d like to thank for introducing me to this act. If “Thanks A Lot” leaves you wanting more, you can listen to the smooth flowing “I Don’t Know Why” here.

Anya Marina

Whatever you like (T.I. cover)

Anya is a singer-songwriter based in San Diego, California. This is the coolest gangsta cover ever made.

See, its funny how covers can initially make me laugh. At the same time, it draws me in and there’s no way out when I listen to the most outrageous covers.
